The Cultivation Data Specialist is responsible for entering data into Acumatica and Metrc, ensuring the accuracy of inventory records and conducting cycle counts of all products and raw materials. This position includes operational duties around the curing of plants with the additional responsibilities of batching, testing, and post-harvest data entry.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify training needs and support the production team in performing their assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
- Demonstrate excellent organizational capabilities, as well as strong computer skills to accurately input data into Acumatica, METRC, Skala, PowerBI and BDS Analytics
- Ensure the accuracy of data in Acumatica and the state compliance system (METRC)
- Ensure all products are accounted for according to company policy and procedures, as well as all state and local laws.
- Ensure daily compliance with policies, but not limited to state compliance, security protocols, access protocols, dress code, and work schedules.
- Work closely with management to ensure the timely entry of data and address data gaps.
- Perform physical inventory cycle counts and compile inventory reports.
- Perform reconciliation of all inventory discrepancies in both the database and physical counts and communicate findings to management.
- Weigh final batches and submit samples to a third-party testing company
- Compile and manage the Hand Trim Testing Log and Batch Summary Log
- Order and store Metrc Tags weekly
- Enter and maintain BOMs in Acumatica
- Interface with Corporate ERP Manager and Corporate IT Team as needed on Acumatica and METRC-related issues
- Transfer material to Manufacturing or third-party manufacturing sales.
- Create Kits in Acumatica for Cultivation SKUs and kit materials upon request
- Comply with all HR policies, including confidentiality and non-disclosure.
- Maintain a culture of professionalism. Show self-motivation, innovation, and the ability to work well with all members of the team.
- May be asked to stay later than the scheduled shift or work weekends to meet weekly output goals if needed.
- Will be expected to be available remotely on an as-needed basis to support other departments at the Director or VP’s request
- Additional duties may be assigned on an as-needed basis and are not limited to the duties outlined above.

- Data Entry Experience.

- Proficiency in Microsoft applications, especially Excel

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to frequent change.
- General knowledge of weights and measurements.
- Knowledge of Maryland Medical Cannabis Commission Regulations in relation to finished products.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for helping others and providing on-the-job training or guidance. This position has no direct supervisory requirements. This position is expected to regularly interface with the Director of Cultivation, Trim Managers, and Harvest Manager.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree (BA, BS) in Information Technology, Systems and Network Administration or related major or 2+ years of systems experience.
