SUMMARY: The Talent Acquisition Associate will deliver full life-cycle recruiting solutions from sourcing to onboarding. As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you will focus on hiring hourly associates for the grow, dispensaries, and our manufacturing facility.  You will be responsible for posting, sourcing, and reviewing submitted resumes to identify top candidates during the selection process to support our goal of attracting, hiring, and retaining top talent. The Talent Acquisition Associate will be a key member of the Talent Acquisition team who is passionate about building a diversified and inclusive workforce and is focused on creating a best-in-class employee experience.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

 

  • Utilize recruiting & sourcing skills to attract passive and active candidates, including, but not limited to, online recruiting, social media, college, and association recruiting
  • Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements.
  • Conduct phone screens with candidates and submit candidates to hiring managers for review
  • Support planning, sourcing and executing on-site Hiring Events
  • Prepare candidates for interviewing with Curio Wellness and specific hiring managers by providing detailed information on the company, our business strategy, department background, job descriptions, and expectation-setting.
  • Maintain constant communication with candidates throughout the full recruiting lifecycle from initial contact through onboarding
  • Coordinate interviews and follow up with hiring managers and candidates for feedback on how interviews went and discuss next steps.
  • Support other  Talent Acquisition and People & Culture administrative tasks as needed.

Supervisory Responsibilities:                                                   

This position has no direct supervisory responsibility for others. 

 

Education and Experience:                                                        

Bachelor’s Degree (BA, BS) or four (4) years of equivalent job-related experience. 

 

Physical Demands:

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. 

Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods. 

Comfortable working in a secure, regulated environment.
