Curio Wellness is seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will manage digital menus and ordering platforms, process and track sales orders, and collaborate closely with our fulfillment and transportation teams to ensure seamless delivery execution. You will serve as a key point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service, resolving account issues, and supporting ongoing relationship management. Additionally, you will step in to support sales representatives during absences and oversee the administration of credit memos and promotional credits with accuracy and efficiency.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  

 

  • Maintain and update Maryland and Missouri order sheets daily across Excel and Leaflink to ensure accurate, real-time inventory and ordering information.
  • Receive, review, and process sales orders for Maryland and Missouri with a high level of accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with Operations teams to support timely order fulfillment, logistics planning, and transportation scheduling.
  • Provide responsive and solutions-oriented support to customer inquiries, proactively resolving account issues to strengthen client relationships.
  • Assist with a variety of customer service functions, including order tracking, billing support, and shipping-related inquiries.
  • Address consumer questions, complaints, and product-related inquiries via email and the adverse effects line, ensuring a positive brand experience.
  • Serve as backup support for designated sales representatives, managing their accounts, orders, and communications during absences.
  • Oversee credit memo processes, including initiating refunds, verifying accuracy, and maintaining complete documentation for compliance.
  • Manage setup and administration of Sparkplug and other budtender incentive programs to support field engagement and sales activation.
  • Partner with the Director of Sales to execute promotional programs, seasonal incentives, and other sales-driven initiatives.
  • Support the broader sales organization through meeting coordination and administrative management of key sales platforms (Sparkplug, LeafLink, Acumatica, Headset).
  • Perform additional duties assigned to support departmental and organizational goals.

  • Proficiency in the full Microsoft Office suite, including strong Excel capabilities and accurate typing skills
  • High level of accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail.
  • Experience with Sparkplug management with the ability to execute with support from sales & management.
  • Expertise in customer service, ability to problem solve problems, & interact professionally with vendors.
  • Must have flexibility in work hours.
  • Demonstrates a mindset of Extreme Ownership, taking full responsibility for outcomes, proactively addressing challenges, and consistently driving positive results.

 

 

Supervisory Responsibilities:                          

This role does not include direct supervisory responsibilities

Provides support guidance, and occasional on-the-job training to team members as needed

 

Education and Experience:                                           

High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required

Associate degree (AA, AS) or minimum of two (2) years of relevant job-related experience preferred
